Redemption Instructions
After booking, you MUST print out the activity voucher and present at time of service. There will be no admission allowed without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

Guest MUST call the Vegas Balloon Rides at 702-553-3039 (24) hours prior to departure to confirm flight and hotel information.

Flight Status: The pilot will determine the evening before the flight if the flight is a go. The determination to fly is usually made at around 5PM the evening before the flight based on numerous weather and wind resources. To check the flight status of your upcoming flight you must call Vegas Balloon Rides` check-in number at (702) 608-8382 AFTER 8:30PM the evening before your flight.

It is imperative that you call the check-in number prior to your hotel pick-up time.

Clothing Suggestions: Wear layers. Wear comfortable and sensible footwear. No open toed shoes, heels or sandals. It is recommended that guests wear a hat.

  • Passenger Limitations: Passengers must be in good physical condition due to the possibility of a rough landing. All passengers must be able to climb in and out of the basket, stand for the entire flight and walk out of a field if necessary. Any passenger who has had recent surgery, injuries, hip, back, or knee problems, health concerns, physical limitations, is/or may be pregnant or has severe auditory restrictions cannot fly. Children must be a minimum of 10 years of age.
  • Waiver: A signed copy of a standard ``Waiver of Liability Exclusion Agreement`` must be provided to your pilot before flying.
  • Please note: Vegas Balloon Rides reserves the right to cancel a flight due to weather conditions or other safety reason such as equipment malfunction, pilot illness or injury that could affect the safety of the flight.
