Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Non-refundable, non-transferable.
  • Ride-Along Programs Age Requirements: At Walt Disney WorldŽ Speedway you must be at least 14 years old to participate in the Riding Experiences.
  • The cars do not have doors. To participate in our Driving and Ride-Along Experiences you must have the ability to do the following:
    1) to climb through a 15" high by 30" wide window that sits 36" from the ground 2) wear a driving suit: sizes S - 3X.
  • By participating in the Ride-Along program you give and grant unto Richard Petty Driving Experience, its duly authorized agents and assigns, the rights to the use of your name, likeness, voice or photographs taken at Richard Petty Driving Experience, including, but not limited to television and radio broadcasts, film productions, videotape reproductions and the like, and you hereby relinquish all rights therefore for these purposes.
