Redemption Instructions
Guests need to call to confirm date and time of their reservation within 72 hrs of their date. Reservation is not confirmed until they do so. Phone number is located on the voucher after purchase.
Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Closed toe Shoes are required for all participants.
  • Age restriction: 14 year old & up.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.
  • Due to the limited number of spaces available, Dig This strictly enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy. Your reservation is refundable less a 20% cancellation fee IF it is canceled 24 hours in advance of your reservation. If your reservation is canceled within 24 hours, it is non-refundable. In the event that Dig This has to cancel your reservation due to weather, equipment problems, or any other unforeseen circumstances, your reservation will be refunded in full or you will have the opportunity to rebook if a space is available.
  • When you tackle the controls of our massive machines, we want to make sure that you are safe at all times. That’s why it is important that we start each session with a quick overview of the safety procedures that we will require you to follow while digging. After you pass the breathalyzer test, you get fitted for your safety vest and hard hat. (Beware! Your Dig is non-refundable if you fail the breathalyzer test).
