Bookit.com will confirm the date and time you selected at the time of your booking with Red Sail Sports Grand Cayman. Please review and print your BookIt.com vouchers and provide them to the Red Sail Sports Representative at the time of activity/departure. Please call Red Sail Sports 72 hours prior to your activity reservation date to confirm your activity/departure location, date and time. Alternatively you may redeem your voucher at the one of the Red Sail Sports locations at least 24 hours prior to your activity.

Vouchers can be redeemed at the following Red Sail locations:
  • Grand Cayman Beach Suites
  • Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort
  • Westin Casuarina Resort
  • The Ritz Carlton
  • Stingray Landing at Safehaven Dock

Activity Departs From:
  • Safehaven Dock (Seven Mile Beach area)

FREE transfers are available for guests staying at the following resorts: Westin Resort, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Beach Resort and Grand Cayman Beach Suites. If you are staying at these resorts please arrange your transportation at the Red Sail Sports desk located at your hotel.
Guests not staying at these resorts can also contact Red Sail Sports to arrange transportation from one of the resorts listed above. Please note if you do not contact Red Sail Sports to arrange your transportation, you are responsible for making your own way to Safehaven Dock.

Please arrive to the confirmed redemption location at least 30 minutes prior to your tour time to allow time for check in at the Red Sail Sports redemption counter.
