  • Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is made 96 Hours prior to your reservation arrival date a full refund will be issued. Anything canceled after 96 Hours is Non-Refundable.
  • Tours are subject to cancellation by Island Routes Caribbean Adventure Tours due to unsuitable weather conditions and tour capacities. Full refunds will be issued by BookIt.com for all activities cancelled by tour operators.
  • Tour is not recommended for pregnant women or guests who are physically challenged, suffer from motion sickness, back/neck problems, Arm/Hand problems, or heart/respiratory problems. Participants may weigh no more than 250 lbs to participate in this activity.
  • Children under 11 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children 4 years of age and under must be accompanied by 1 adult PER CHILD. Children 4 years of age and above, maximum of 2 children per adult.
  • Facility is wheelchair accessible however guests should be able to get in/out of wheelchair/ boat to interact with stingrays.
    • Activities provided by Island Routes Caribbean Adventure Tours are not available for guests arriving into Grand Cayman by cruise ships from Carnival, Princess, or Norwegian Cruise Lines. Activities provided by Island Routes Caribbean Adventure Tours are available to all other Cruise Lines.
