Redemption Instructions
Please print out your activity voucher(s) after purchase and exchange your voucher(s) at the Manhattan by Sail/Clipper City ticket booth located on Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport, at the end of Fulton Street on the East side, Downtown Manhattan to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass.

You must have your voucher(s) to exchange for a boarding pass in order to board the Clipper City. If you experience any issues, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com Customer Support directly for assistance at toll free (866) 969-9880.

  • Cruises are non refundable and we do sail in light to moderate rain. If we cancel, it is due to severe weather and we’ll reschedule your sail at no charge.
