Redemption Instructions

BookIt.com will confirm your requested activity date and/or time with Rico Suntours, Inc. Activity pick-ups are from major hotels located in metropolitan area (Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Old San Juan).  Guests staying at resorts outside of metro area (El Conquistador, Gran Melia, Wyndham Rio Mar, etc.) must meet the tour at a designated pick-up location in metro area. Please call Rico Suntours, Inc. 48 Hours prior to your requested activity date to confirm your exact activity pick-up time and/or pick-up meeting location. Rico Suntours, Inc. contact information will be displayed on your voucher after booking is complete.

Please view and print your activity voucher(s) and provide the signed voucher to the driver upon pick up. Guests must be ready at least 5 minutes prior pick-up time.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations for excursions through Rico Suntours must be received no later than 10 days prior to your reservation activity date to avoid service charges. If received no later than 10 days prior to your reservation activity date, a full refund will be issued.
  • Participants must be a minimum age of 6 years old. Maximum weight for the double person kayaks is 500 lbs.
  • Activity pick-ups are from major hotels located in metropolitan area (Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Old San Juan).  Guests staying at resorts outside of metro area (El Conquistador, Gran Melia, Wyndham Rio Mar, etc.) must meet the tour at a designated pick-up location in metro area.
  • Effective May 29, 2013, the Department of Natural Resources of Puerto Rico will require an additional $3.00 charge per person to access the bay.
