Meet & Greet Service
One-way service from Airport to Hotel or Hotel to Airport
The Select Hotel feature provides a list of all applicable hotels for the tour or
transfer you selected. For tours, complimentary pick up is only available from one
of these hotels. If you do not have a hotel at this time please select 'unknown'.
Once you book your hotel, you must contact us so we can confirm your pick up/drop off location.
Please print out your activity vouchers and provide it to the driver at the time of service. There will be no service provided without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact customer service directly for assistance at 1-866-969-9880.
Will my transfer company still be waiting for me if my flight is delayed, cancelled or my flight number changes? Yes. My Sedan is staffed at the airport 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply present your voucher to the My Sedan representative awaiting for you at the airport and they will transport you directly to your hotel.
Arrival to NYC Information: Greeter will meet guests with sign in baggage claim area or outside the customs arrival door.
Departure from NYC Information: Your transfer is confirmed. There is no need to call unless you need assistance. If you have a question or need to change your pick-up time please call please call the number listed on your voucher for Private Sedan, VIP SUV, and Private Van reservations; please provide your reservation # to the My Sedan agent. The My Sedan call center is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. To facilitate service, advise the hotel concierge/doorman that you are waiting for a pickup. Present this voucher to the driver upon pick-up.
