Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will schedule your selected activity date with Cabo Adventures. Please re-confirm your desired date and time 48 hours prior to your reservation arrival date by calling Cabo Adventures & Dolphins. Activity contact information will be provided on your voucher once booking is complete. On the day of your activity, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled activity time at the Cabo Dolphins Marina, in the Marina in Cabo San Lucas.

    • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours.
    • If you miss the tour because of not being on time, no refund will be given.
    • Each child between the ages of 4 and 8 years must be accompanied by a participating adult in the water. Participating parents may hold children aged 1 to 3 free of charge (this must be noted at time of reservation).
    • Pregnant women are permitted to participate in the dolphin encounter between the stages of 3 and 7 months but under their own risk.
    • Cameras are not permitted for safety reasons. A professional team will be at hand to catch your best poses!
    • Please note that the 2x1 Sale is only applicable during the booking dates of April 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012 and must be booked during the travel dates of September 1, 2012 to September 30, 2012.
