From Airport to Hotel:
Upon arrival at Orlando International Airport, please follow these instructions according to your terminal:
Terminal A: From the baggage claim level, take escalator closest to baggage carousel 5 or between carousels 11 & 12 down to level 1 – Ground Transportation. The Mears service counter is located immediately against the back wall next to the rental car counters.
Terminal B: From the baggage claim level, take escalator closest to baggage carousel 24 or carousel 29 down to level 1 – Ground Transportation. The Mears service counter is located immediately against the back wall next to the rental car counters.

Please Note:
The Mears Motor Shuttle service counter closes at Midnight. If your flight arrives after midnight you MUST contact customer service line at: 407-423-5566.

From Hotel to Airport:
You must contact Mears to schedule your pick up at least 24 Hours before departure. Mears is open 24 hours a day at 407-423-5566.
