You must print and provide your transfer vouchers to your Best Day Travel Representative at the Cancun Airport to redeem service. Upon your arrival at the Cancun International Airport, after making your way through baggage claim and customs, a uniformed Best Day Travel agent will be waiting for you outside the terminal. Remember: outside the terminal. Please keep in mind that along this same walkway that takes you out of the terminal, you may come across time share salespeople (indistinguishable from airport staff) who will try to convince you to take another form of transportation, possibly even telling you that the Best Day Desk is no longer there or that we won't be able to take you. We suggest you ignore them and keep walking forward until you get to the terminal exit, where you will be assisted by a professional team wearing the official Best Day Travel uniform: a white shirt or blouse with navy blue sleeves and a red stripe across the shoulders and the Best Day Travel logo on the front and back, along with navy blue pants or a skirt.
Once the Best Day Travel staff meets you at the airport, you will be promptly taken to your transportation and will receive an invitation to meet with the Best Day Travel representative at your hotel, who will give you the exact time of your pick-up on your departing date and your return flight will be confirmed. The Best Day Travel staff at the airport will be monitoring your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive. You will not have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule. Best Day Travel will know, and more importantly, will be waiting for you whenever your flight arrives. Best Day Travel has staff available at the airport 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

- A full refund without penalty shall be given if transfers are cancelled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled transfer. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72-hours. Flight Delays: The staff keeps in touch with flight information and is aware of flight delays; cancellation charges will not apply as long as the passenger arrives on said delayed flight for which the transfers were originally made.
- If you or a member of your party require a handicap accessible van, private airport transportation services must be purchased and notification must be made to BookIt.com so the handicap arrangements can be confirmed with Best Day Travel. Shared transportation services do not guarantee handicap accessible vans.
- EFFECTIVE April 21, 2012: All passengers traveling on a Best Day Transfer, including children and infants, will pay the same transfer rate. In cases of families traveling with small infants a special car seat will be provided. Kindly advise us when an infant is traveling in order to secure the special seat. Infants are considered between 0-2 years of age. All Bookings made prior to April 21, 2012 will be honored at the previous policy of infants under two years of age traveling on their parent`s lap ride for free.
