Redemption Instructions
BookIt.com will confirm your selected tour date and time with VIP Travel Services. Please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers and present them to the VIP Travel Services Representative located at your hotel upon arrival to make the arrangements for the tour. If you cannot locate the VIP Travel Representative at your hotel you may contact their offices at to make arrangements for your tour, contact information will be listed on your voucher after booking is complete. Hotel transportation is made directly from your hotel, exact pick time is to be confirmed with your VIP Travel Representative.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • A full refund without penalty shall be given if activities are canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your reservation activity date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 72-hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time or are a no show, no refund will be issued.
  • All Dominican Republic tours are subject to a 16% sales tax added to your purchase price during booking process.
  • This program is designed for up to 20 people per group; there will be one dolphin per group.
  • Age requirement: Minimum 1 year old (every child less than 8 must be accompanied by an adult).
  • This program is designed for any level of swimmers ability, from beginners to experts.
  • Pregnant ladies are not allowed to participate in any dolphin interactive programs.
  • If you have children and they don't swim, we ask you to always keep them under the supervision of an adult.
  • For security reasons, you may not introduce any kind of food or beverage into the park. The use of cameras is not allowed in the dolphinarium.
