Redemption Instructions
After purchase, you must print out the activity voucher and present to the Ticket Counter at the admissions area inside of the International Spy Museum. Once voucher is presented, you will be issued timed tickets to be used at the time on the ticket. There will be no admission allowed without a voucher. If you have forgotten your voucher, or are unable to print, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

  • If Cancellation is made 72 Hours prior to your reservation arrival date a full refund will be issued. Anything canceled after 72 Hours is Non-Refundable. At times of extreme attendance, guests may be asked if they will accept a timed ticket for a later time that suits the guest(s). Full refunds will be issued by BookIt.com for all activities cancelled by tour operators.
  • To enhance the experience of all guests, and to protect exhibits and artifacts, please note the following policies within all Museum Exhibit Areas: No photography/videography; No food, drink, or chewing gum; No smoking; No use of cellular/mobile telephones; No strollers.

  • The BookIt.com voucher is not a ticket and must be redeemed before entry to the Museum is granted.
  • During peak seasons : March - April & June - July, Guests are encouraged to visit before 11:00 AM and after 3:00 PM to avoid potential lines.
