Redemption Instructions

After purchase, please view and print your BookIt.com vouchers. To redeem your vouchers please present your vouchers to the City Segway Tours Representative at the City Segway Tours redemption location. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your selected tour time to allow time for tour Check-In. If you are unable to print or are having trouble accessing your voucher, please contact BookIt.com directly for assistance.

Terms & Conditions for this Activity
  • Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is made 72 Hours prior to your reservation activity date a full refund will be issued. Anything canceled after 72 Hours is Non-Refundable.
  • All participants must be at least 12 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the tour. For riding safety, guests must weigh at least 100 pounds and not in excess of 260 pounds. Due to the risk, pregnant women are not permitted to participate. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride and will not be refunded.
  • Tours operate in groups of 8. If your party is larger than 8, you will be split up for safety reasons. Insurance requires that City Segway Tours pre-authorize $500 on a credit card. You are required to bring your American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or cash with you for this deposit.
  • All tours are in English and operate rain or shine (at the discretion of City Segway Tours). Rain ponchos will be available for purchase for $1 at the City Segway Tours shop.
  • Your safety is always the highest priority. Each tour begins with a thorough orientation of the Segway and its use before going out to enjoy the city!
