BookIt.com will confirm your requested activity date and/or time with Rico Suntours, Inc. Please call Rico Suntours, Inc. 48 Hours prior to your requested activity date to confirm your exact activity date, time, and meeting location. Rico Suntours, Inc. contact information will be displayed on your voucher after booking is complete.

Transportation to the activity meeting location is not included; however, trusted taxi services are available, see your hotel front desk for information on taxi services. Tour meeting location is at the Pine Grove, Isla Verde Beach. Guests must be ready at least 5 minutes prior to activity start time.

  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellations for excursions through Rico Suntours must be received no later than 10 days prior to your reservation activity date to avoid service charges. If received no later than 10 days prior to your reservation activity date, a full refund will be issued.
