  • Tours run rain or shine! Please dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.
  • If tours are cancelled due to tropical storms a refund will be given.
  • Please make sure to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at the starting location at least 10 minutes prior to the tour. Tour guides are not allowed to wait for late guests as they are on a mandatory schedule with different venues.
  • If you have dietary restrictions the tour provider is unable to make any changes to the pre-arranged menu.
